Range of scores
Regardless if your score is low, medium, or high, the main thing this tool is showing you is what areas are most relevant for you. Take a look at your lowest scores. Those are the topics where you might want to start.
Priorities scores: You rated each topic as being a priority or not. Start with the topics that you selected “yes” for. If you selected “no”, we might be able to convince you that that topic is a priority in the “why is it important” sections.
The results are ranked as Low (5-8), Medium (9-12), or High (13-15).
Arthritis, Joint Pain, and Back Pain

Getting a low score means:
- You may not know much about health-related processes yet – head to “The Basics”, “Relevant Processes”, and “Impact at Work” sections to learn about what they are and why they’re important.
- You don’t know how health-related processes can support employees with arthritis, joint pain, and back pain – head to the “Act Now: Where to Start?” section to see what you can do to get started.

Building Workplace Wellness

Getting a low score means:
- You may not know much about building workplace wellness, yet - head to the "The Basics" section for a quick overview of what is workplace wellness and workplace culture and how they co-exist.
- You haven't thought about the culture in your workplace or don't think it's relevant to you - check out the "Key Factors" and "Why is it Important?" sections to learn about factors that support wellness and how a culture of wellness benefits both employers and employees.
